Our Process
Our five-step process ensures every detail is taken care of through exceptional service and communication. And most importantly, our goal is that the entire process is enjoyable trusting our team to expertly execute your project.

Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call. This allows us to get to know one another and how we can best be of service to you.

During our time together we will discuss the scope of your project and overall goals. We will ask questions to learn about your tastes, your lifestyle, and how you intend to use the space(s). Lastly, we will take measurements and capture existing condition photos of the space(s) included in your project. After the design project consultation, you will receive a letter of agreement, proposal, contract, and terms document that detail the scope of work and more.

We take all the information gathered during the design consultation and begin curating the design concept for the project and design plan. This process concludes with a fully personalized design plan complete with a presentation that brings the overall plan to life.

This step is where product purchasing and trade work begins, and the vision starts to become a reality. Once the design plan is approved, we place orders and stay on top of the details managing the logistics of the project. We manage communications ensuring all concerns have been addressed, payments are made, and schedules are on track. If you are building a new home, this is where construction takes place.

This is the final step! We complete the space with the finishing details; window treatments are installed, rugs are laid, artwork is hung, décor accents are styled, etc. We finish with a photo shoot and leave you with a beautiful space.
